The Headmaster is competent to declare any day as special holiday for the school for adequate reasons and report the fact to the Dist. Educational Officer provided the deficency in the number of working days is compensated by working on any other day. Headmaster and non-teaching staff have to attend to Office on such specially declared holidays.
